  He came up when I was playing character creating on Soul Calibur 4 at Junecat`s place.There was this cool cob/general-hat and I thought ;" Hmm...I could make something related on this..." AND Igor was born   Ì don`t yet know much about him,expect that he`s russian-german,and that he`s somekind of spy/general. He works for Russian court.Is it based on reality or an imaginary world,I don`t know yet O_O |
